Ya’axché Consulting is a German-Mexican company specializing in human resources consulting and organizational project management, specifically targeting bi-national companies and schools.

The name “Ya’axché” refers to the Ceiba tree in the Maya language. For their visual identity, the Ya’axché Consulting team drew inspiration from this majestic tree and its flower. We designed an iconography representing the Ceiba flower in the shape of a “Y,” from the roots to the petals, symbolizing the development of projects from their inception to their realization.

The varied color palette of Ya’axché Consulting addresses all the themes handled by the company, thus reinforcing their unique and meaningful visual identity.
